I hope this will allow my students to hitch a virtual ride with me to DC. Here, I will chronicle my cross country trip with my wife, Amber, to attend the inauguration of Barack Obama. I take seriously the privilege I have been afforded with this opportunity, and want to share my experiences as much as possible. Join me on my journey through tollbooths, traffic, weather, more traffic, huddled masses, security checks, and, of course, the inaugural ceremony itself. Enjoy.
Jake,
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing and blogging this for all to see! Your former Weber students are loving this! What a nice piece of history for them to read. Hope you are having a grand time in DC as you are watching history being made today!
Many Weber people say "Hello"!
